Patricia Beaumont graduated from the École Supérieure de Gestion de Paris and holds a Postgraduate Degree in International Business Law and Practice. Certified as a Master Black Belt and Agilist (CentraleSupélec), she brings over 25 years of experience in operational consulting and organizational transformation.

She began her career in 1994 at Renault, within the Quality Institute, where she developed training programs and supported factories in deploying Lean Manufacturing and Quality initiatives. In 1999, she joined the UK branch of the Renault Institute for five years, where she strengthened her expertise in Lean Service. Upon returning to France, she founded and led the Lean Service practice, deployed for major groups such as France Telecom, Engie, and Humanis.

She later transitioned to Lean Management, leading executive seminars and steering strategic programs. In 2008, the Institute became Renault Nissan Consulting, where she took on the global leadership of Lean Service and Management consulting, supporting numerous companies across various sectors.

Recognized for her international experience and ability to integrate cultural dimensions into transformation initiatives, Patricia has led numerous operational performance and change management programs for major players such as AIRBUS, SAFRAN, EDF, BNP Paribas, and ENGIE.

In 2019, she joined Eurogroup Consulting to develop the Operational Excellence division. She was promoted to Partner in 2020 and joined the Executive Committee, where she led cross-functional activities related to performance and the Mid Market segment.

In parallel, she contributes to the dissemination of best management practices, notably by co-designing a MOOC on Operational Excellence with ESSEC Business School.

Patricia joined Onepoint Group in July 2025 as Partner, Operational Strategy.
