HUMAN Education Summit 2026: Putting Training to the Test of AI

On September 18 and 19, 2026, Wepoint will take part in the HUMAN Education Summit in Montréal, the international event dedicated to the transformation of education and training in the age of AI.

EdHu2050, a think tank founded in Montréal in 2022, organizes the HUMAN Education Summit every year. The event brings together education leaders, EdTech players, investors and policymakers around a single topic: how artificial intelligence is transforming learning. For its 3rd edition, it will take place in Montréal on September 18 and 19, 2026, as part of the United Nations General Assembly week, with participants from around thirty countries.

Artificial intelligence is now entering teaching, learning and governance practices at every level of education, from primary school to professional training. This is the shift the event sets out to examine.

Wepoint will present two workshops at the event, both built around the same starting point: an AI and agentic maturity diagnostic, used to understand where an organization truly stands before shaping its transformation.

Workshop 1. Higher Education: From AI Ambition to Operational Transformation

Led by Amandine Laville, People Experience Leader, Onepoint, and supported by Samuel Fontaine, VP Operational Capacity and School, Wepoint.

This workshop looks back at the support provided to a large private higher education group in Europe, which had launched multiple AI initiatives without a shared direction. The starting point of its transformation: an AI and agentic maturity diagnostic, used to understand precisely where the organization stood before deciding on its priorities.

Workshop 2. Banking Sector: Reinventing the Training Ecosystem in the Age of AI

Led by Charline Lerouge, Tech & AI Strategy Leader, Onepoint, and Vincent Godcharles, Partner & President, Wepoint Canada.

Drawing on the case of a large European bank facing the acceleration of AI and the transformation of its IT roles, this workshop shows how training can reposition itself as a key player in that transformation, relying on an AI and agentic maturity diagnostic to pinpoint skills gaps before taking action.

Lionel Nicaud, Head of Onepoint School, will also be on site to connect with education and training professionals attending the event.

Come meet our teams on site and talk with them about the transformation of education and training in the age of artificial intelligence.
