Looking to Improve Operational Efficiency, the Organization Seeks to Evolve Its Sales Structure
Solution
We developed change management tools to guide regional teams toward a multi-disciplinary approach. Additionally, we supported the HR department in creating levers that facilitated this transformation, including social strategy, people reviews, skills & learning strategy, and HR management.
Outcome
A new organization was successfully implemented without social opposition. Commercial results showed significant improvement. A new dynamic within the group was created, paving the way for future collaborations and integrations.
In the Context of the Group’s Agile Transformation, the Need to Evolve Mindsets
Solution
We built a management community responsible for deploying the new organization: creating agile experiences, analyzing the impacts by department, and equipping them to act as change agents. A rigorous management approach ensured the operational execution of the transformation.
Outcome
The new organization was successfully implemented without any opposition. An internal network of facilitators (Black Belt + Change) was established and ready to support further transformations.
Human Resources Direction: Strategic Evolution of the Group Requires New Skills and the Need to Reposition Numerous Roles with a Significant Decline in Workforce
Solution
The approach was structured around three key levers. First, a forward-looking approach was implemented to identify the skills required for the future across all support functions. Secondly, a training policy was developed to address these future needs. Finally, an internal training school was created to ensure the organization could meet the evolving skill requirements.
Outcome
The outcome included the identification of future roles and professions through trend reports. A qualitative and quantitative roadmap (GPEC) was developed, supported by PowerBI tools for tracking progress. The internal school was formalized, with the goal of training 22,000 employees to prepare them for the company’s future demands.
