Social Responsability
Every individual should be able to carry out their work in an environment that respects their identity, choices, physical and mental health, and safety—within a culture of kindness and equality that allows everyone to feel good and thrive at work. This commitment to well-being in the workplace is especially important to us, and we have developed numerous initiatives to support it.
Our commitments: promoting diversity, equality, social dialogue, and well-being at work.
