Hospitality Brain Trust – For the second time, Onepoint partnered with MKG to bring together hospitality industry leaders and their teams (Accor, PVCP, B&B Hotels, Barrière, Moma Group) to explore disruptions and transformations in the sector’s workforce.
Following a presentation on global trends by Serge ASSAYAG, Partner People Experience at Onepoint, three key themes were discussed during a roundtable and further explored in workshops led by Onepoint experts:
- Talent Attraction: At a time when the sector is facing a tangible resource shortage, what collective efforts are needed to transform the employer brand promise into a lasting industry reality?
- Skills Management: How can employees be quickly onboarded into upskilling processes using the new tools available?
- Organizational Models: In a sector historically driven by a strong hierarchy, what new distribution of roles should emerge to empower and retain employees while granting them the desired level of autonomy?
