Onepoint group acquires Stack Labs to accelerate growth in cloud, data, and artificial intelligence
As part of its expansion in cloud, data, and AI, Onepoint group has completed the acquisition of Stack Labs, a recognized pure player with deep expertise in cloud-native technologies, AI, and data. This strategic move allows Onepoint to accelerate its presence in a rapidly growing market with high sovereignty stakes, while offering clients in France and internationally comprehensive solutions to succeed in their digital transformation and training on these key issues.

A strategic acquisition in a fast-growing market
With the acquisition of Stack Labs, Onepoint group strengthens its position in a booming market (growing at over 30%) and establishes new cloud technology centers of excellence in Toulouse and Paris.
This acquisition aligns with Onepoint’s group strategic acceleration plan, which aims to generate €500 million in revenue from cloud, AI, and data within four years. With Stack Labs’ teams, Onepoint group expands its ability to support mid-sized and large enterprises, both in France and internationally.

Stack Labs, a strategic partner of Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Amazon Web Services (AWS), and Google Workspace, brings highly specialized expertise in cloud-native, AI, and data. This acquisition strengthens the synergy between Onepoint’s group teams and capabilities, allowing the group to offer end-to-end support—from strategic consulting to operational delivery—for complex data platform projects, data architecture, and cloud migration.
