Our CSR approach

Now an integral part of our DNA, our corporate vision leads us to go beyond CSR, taking a broader interest in the impact of our activity on our economic, social, ecological and technological environment.

The transformations of today’s economic world are forcing us to rethink the traditional CSR approach, in particular by :

  • Rethinking our notion of social responsibility and the way in which CSR is taken into account in assessing our performance
  • Engaging all the stakeholders in our ecosystem
  • Seizing the opportunity offered by the new tools for platformisation and data exploitation to increase our operational efficiency in these areas tenfold.

To this end, we are extending our current CSR framework to include economic and technological dimensions, in a RESET framework (Responsibility Economic Social Environmental and Technological) approach intrinsically linked to the value chain of a company’s activity.

Our ambitions

  • Recruiting the best talent

    Prioritising equal opportunities for all.

  • Continuing to grow

Creating new regenerative models, to reach 50% of our sales with a positive impact.

  • Making our professions more feminine

Promoting the presence of women in our professions with the aim of achieving gender equality.

  • Investing locally, in our regions

We set up in places where talented people want to live.

  • Reducing our carbon footprint

Pursuing our ecological transition and committing to a Net-Zero trajectory (SBT-i).

  • Integrating RESET issues into all our offerings

Using our RESET Scorecard impact measurement tool.

  • Developing our expertise and innovation

Our RESET initiative is an internal and external ambition

Our priority is to make Onepoint group a spearhead in the fight for inclusion and against climate change, both through its exemplary environmental footprint and through the awareness and involvement of its employees.
